A lady from my little brother's school has entered a contest to win a truck load of tuna from Chicken of the Sea. We need more votes!! All you have to do is go here and vote. She is Patti, entry number 7. You can vote up to three times per day per email. So like me, I vote 3 times with each email address I have, so 12 times a day lol. Please please please help us out! A truck load of tuna will help feed so many people at the food bank. If you decide to help us out and we can make her win, come back here and post a comment letting me know you did. After the contest is over, I will pick a winner at random to win a special handmade item of mine. That would be perfect for a Christmas gift or whatever you want to do with it. How cool is that huh?? So what are you waiting for? Vote vote vote and some lucky person will win some handmade goodness!
Twirls for Girls Campaign

I wanted to put this out there. Youcanmakethis.com is doing a charity drive in a sense for Toys for Tots again this year. It is called Twirls for Girls and they give you two free skirt patterns to make either a twirl skirt or a wrap skirt and donate it to Toys for Tots to go along with little dollies that special children will receive for Christmas. I think this is such a wonderful idea and it will make each little girl that receives them feel so special to know that they not only have a dolly but they have custom clothes for it as well.
While you are there, dont forget to check out the other great patterns as well. There are so many awesome patterns that you cannot find in a normal fabric store. They are all greatly priced too! Right now we are doing a challenge called "Thrifty under $50" where 50 people were chosen to take on the challenge of making gifts for whomever they have to buy for and hopefully the total will be under $50! The 50 have already been chosen but you can follow along and there will be prizes for the followers too! Check out the blog for more info or click the image above to go to the site. Enjoy!
New Georgia Bulldog Diaper Bag

Here is my latest creation, a Georgia Bulldog Diaper Bag. How cute is this?? I loved this one so much I almost didn't want to get rid of it LOL But I did and Alicia absolutely LOVED it!
Here it is hanging on the door knob so you can see the straps.

Here is the view of the bag up close.

And finally, here is the inside of the bag with two large pockets on one site and three smaller pockets on the opposite side.

Hope you enjoy! I can make these in other teams/fabrics as well. I charge $60 for a diaper bag and $40 for a handbag. Personalization can be done upon request. Prices are different for embroidery but still reasonable. If you would like one, send me an email.
